The Alumnae League of Lambda Phi Xi is the official association for Sorors of Lambda Phi Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. who have received their degree and moved on past the undergraduate phase of their education.  The need for an association to unify the growing number of Lady Xi graduates and women in the professional world was felt in 2005.  The Alumnae League hopes to provide Sorors with a continued network of love, trust, and support at a stage in life where most women are transitioning.   The Alumnae League allows for all Sorors to unite within the same body, regardless of chapter of initiation, to help Lambda Phi Xi continue to grow and mature as an organization.

Members of the Alumnae League stay current on Alumnae League news and events. They receive the official Alumnae Newsletter, and are able to connect with Sorors from all over the Nation. League members also act as confidants to younger Lady Xi’s, providing them with guidance and knowledge.  Alumnae League members are also able to participate in special alumnae events at National Gatherings, as well as continue to foster the lifetime bonds of Lady Xi’s sisterhood.

In 2007 Lambda Phi Xi's existing Graduate and Alumnae chapters were consolidated into one unifying body, the current Alumnae League of Lambda Phi Xi.
